# Plans & billing

> Subscriptions, upgrades, cancellation, and invoices.

Current plans and pricing are always at [prozly.app/pricing](https://prozly.app/pricing).

## Billing basics

* Paid plans are billed **monthly or annually** in advance via **Stripe**. Annual billing comes with a discount.
* We don't store your card details — payment data lives with Stripe.
* Invoices are available from the billing portal under **Settings → Billing & Usage → Manage subscription**.

## Upgrading & downgrading

You can change plans at any time:

* **Upgrades** take effect immediately — you get the higher credit allowance and features right away.
* **Downgrades** take effect at the end of the current billing period.

## Cancelling

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; after that, the workspace drops to the free tier. Your content is not deleted when you cancel.

## Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it's stated clearly at sign-up — trials never convert silently into paid plans without that notice.
