# Settings and security

> Where your settings live, your password and the devices signed in to your account.

## Finding your way around Settings

Click **Settings** at the bottom of the sidebar. The sidebar turns into the settings menu; **Back to app** at the top takes you back. The menu has four groups:

* **My account**: **Account** (name, photo, language, theme, My Voice, delete account), **Security** and **Notifications**.
* **Workspace**: **General** (workspace name), **Team** and **Billing & Plan**.
* **Content**: **Labels**, **Automation**, **Schedule presets** and **Custom AI instructions**.
* **Advanced**: **AI assistants** and the **Audit log**.

Your brand voice, content strategy, knowledge and people are not in Settings: they have their own page, **Voice and knowledge**, in the sidebar.

## Password

If you signed up with Google or LinkedIn, you can also set a password. Go to **Settings → Security**, type a new password (at least 8 characters) and click **Save password**. If Prozly asks you to sign in again first, sign out, sign back in and try once more.

## Signed-in devices

**Settings → Security** lists every device signed in to your account, with the browser and when it was last active. Click **Sign out** next to a device you don't recognise, or **Sign out on all other devices** to keep only the one you are using. A signed-out device is logged out within the hour.

## Theme

Under **Settings → Account**, pick **Light**, **Dark** or **System** (follows your computer) and click **Save**.
