# Employee advocacy

> Share a post with your team and let each person publish their own AI-personalised version from their own LinkedIn profile.

Employee advocacy turns your team into a distribution network: one approved post becomes a personal version for every colleague, in their own voice, published from their own LinkedIn account. Available on the **Enterprise** plan.

## How it works

1. **Share** — a workspace owner or admin opens a pack with a LinkedIn draft and clicks **Share with team**. Every other member is notified.
2. **Personalise** — each member opens **Advocacy** and clicks **Write my version**. Prozly rewrites the post in that person's voice (from their personal voice settings) so no two versions are identical — LinkedIn suppresses duplicate content. 1 credit per version.
3. **Publish** — the member reviews, edits if they like, and publishes to their **own** connected personal LinkedIn profile. If they haven't connected one yet, Prozly offers copy-to-clipboard and a link to connect.

## Nudges

Every Tuesday morning, members who haven't published a version of an active share from the last two weeks get a gentle reminder — in the app and, if connected, via their Telegram bot.

## Working with approvals

If your workspace uses the review workflow, only **approved** packs can be shared with the team. Advocacy multiplies a post across many profiles, so it never bypasses review.

## Requirements

* Each advocate connects their **personal** LinkedIn profile under **Settings → Connections**. Personal profiles connected for advocacy count towards the workspace's connected-account slots.
* Advocacy activity — shares and publications — is recorded in the workspace **audit log**.
