# Agency and client workspaces

> Run one workspace per client, see them all in one place, and set who works on which brand from a single grid.

On the **Agency** plan you can create a separate workspace for every client or brand. Each one keeps its own brand voice, knowledge base, sources, connected accounts and content, so nothing blends. Use the workspace switcher in the sidebar header to create a new workspace or move between them.

When you create a workspace, choose **A client workspace** if you manage that brand for someone else. Setup then asks about the client rather than about you, and the workspace is marked **Client**.

## The Agency page

Open **Agency** in the sidebar from your own agency workspace. It shows:

* every workspace you own or administer, with its plan, credits, connected channels and last activity,
* a **unified calendar** of scheduled posts across all client workspaces for the next four weeks,
* the team grid below.

## Team across client workspaces

The **Team across client workspaces** grid puts people down the side and your agency workspace plus every client workspace across the top. Each cell holds that person's role in that one workspace.

* **Change a cell** to grant, change or revoke someone's role in that workspace. It saves immediately.
* **No access** removes the person from that workspace.
* Owners are shown as **Owner** and cannot be changed or removed from the grid.

## Adding someone to several clients at once

1. Click **Add someone**.
2. Enter their email address.
3. Pick the role they should hold, then tick the workspaces they need (use **Select all** for a new hire who works on everything).
4. Click **Send invite**.

They get one invitation and land with the same role in every workspace you ticked.

<Note>
  You must be on your agency workspace, not inside a client workspace, and be an owner or admin there. Switch back with the workspace switcher if the grid is not shown.
</Note>

Roles themselves are explained in [team, roles and client review](/guides/team), including the **Client (reviewer)** role for a client who should only approve or reject posts.
