# AI interviews

> Turn a conversation into a post, by answering questions yourself or sending a link to someone else.

Go to **Create post → AI interview** to open the interview hub: interview yourself, send a link to someone else, and see every past interview.

## Interview me

Under **Interview me**, add an optional topic, then click **Start interview**. The AI asks one question at a time and follows up on your answer instead of running through a fixed list; it asks 3 to 6 questions and stops once it has enough material for a strong post. You can end it after your first answer with **End interview**.

Your answers are saved in your browser after every question. If you reload or close the tab, open **AI interview** again and click **Continue** to pick up where you left off (or **Discard** to start fresh). Continuing never costs extra: the credit is charged once, when the interview finishes.

Answer by typing, or click **Answer by voice** to record in the browser. You see the transcript and can edit it before sending.

When the interview ends, **Choose what to create** opens with the interview as the source: pick the post and any other parts, same as any other pack (see [Content packs](/guides/content-packs#choose-what-to-create)).

## Send to a colleague, client or expert

Available on Professional, Agency and Enterprise; locked on Starter.

Under **Send to a colleague, client or expert**, add the guest's name, email, a topic and the language (English or German). The link works for 14 days. Under **How should the invitation reach them?** pick one:

* **Send invitation by email**: Prozly emails the guest for you, in the language you chose, with your name, your company, the topic and the expiry date. The email address is required for this option. Replies go to your own email address. Leave **Send one reminder after 3 days** ticked and the guest gets one reminder if they have not finished; there is no reminder after they finish, after you remove the link or after it expires. Click **Create and send**.
* **Open in my email app**: Prozly creates the link and opens a prepared message in your own email app.
* **Copy link**: Prozly creates the link and copies it, to share in a chat or a LinkedIn message.

You can send up to 25 invitations by email a day. Invitation emails cost no credits.

<Note>
  If you're an agency client with white-label branding, invitations Prozly sends come from a Prozly address, even though the email itself shows only your agency's name, logo and colour. To keep everything in your agency's brand, use **Copy link** or **Open in my email app** (the default in that case).
</Note>

The guest needs no account. They see your company name and logo (your agency's branding if you're an agency client with white-label), a line explaining their answers will be used to create content for your company and that they're talking to an AI interviewer, and then the same conversational interview, by text or voice.

Only one browser at a time can answer a given link; reloading the same browser resumes where it left off. Once the guest finishes, the link closes.

## The interviews list

The **Interviews** section of the same screen lists every interview you've sent, with its status: **Not started**, **In progress**, **Completed**, or **Expired**. From there you can **Copy link**, **Remove** a link (it stops working immediately), or, on a completed interview, **Choose what to create**. For an invitation Prozly emailed, the row shows when it was sent and when the reminder went out; click **Reminder on** to switch the reminder off for that guest.

You get a notification when a guest finishes; it opens **Create post** on this list with that interview's builder ready.

## Credits

An interview, in app or by link, costs **1 credit**, charged once when it finishes, not per question. If a guest never finishes, you're not charged.

For links, Prozly checks you have 1 credit when you create the link and charges it when the guest finishes.

Voice answers, yours or a guest's, use your plan's monthly transcription minutes, the same as [voice notes](/guides/capture). What you create afterwards in **Choose what to create** is priced as usual; see [AI credits](/billing/credits).
