# Your blog

> A hosted company blog on your own subdomain — written with AI, published in one click, built to be found on Google.

Prozly gives every workspace on **Professional** or **Business** a hosted blog at `yourcompany.prozly.site` (or your [own domain](/guides/blog-custom-domain)). Articles are full-length SEO pages — not social posts — and they live alongside your LinkedIn content so one idea can become both.

## Enabling the blog

Go to **Blog** in the sidebar. Choose a **title** (your company name by default) and an **address** — the part before `.prozly.site`. The address can't be changed later because every published URL depends on it, so pick it with care.

## Writing an article

The **Write** tab is the direct path: describe the topic in a sentence or two and choose a mode.

* **Quick** (3 credits) — a complete 900–1,300-word article in one pass.
* **Thorough** (5 credits) — a multi-step writer that plans an outline, drafts sections in parallel, and runs an editor pass. Optionally adds up to two branded inline images (2 credits each).

Whichever you pick, the button shows the exact total before anything is charged. Both modes write in your workspace's content language, use your brand voice and knowledge base, and produce a structured article: a **Key takeaways** box after the intro, a body with headings, and a **FAQ** at the end. Tick **Also create a lead magnet** to get a matching downloadable guide with an email form embedded in the article — see [lead magnets](/guides/lead-magnets).

Review the draft in **Edit** or **Preview**, adjust the detected **topic**, then **Publish**. Your article is live within a few seconds; the address appears under the button.

From a content pack you have two buttons: **Publish to blog now** puts the article live immediately, while **Schedule** publishes it at a chosen time — optionally with a LinkedIn teaser five minutes later. Either way the pack shows as *posted* afterwards.

<Tip>
  You can also write a blog article from any content pack (**Blog** tab in the pack), or create one directly from the brand feed with **Create post → Blog article**. Choosing **LinkedIn post + Blog article** writes the article first and then a LinkedIn post that teases it, ending with the article's link (+1 credit). Scheduling an article works like any post — schedule both, and the LinkedIn teaser goes out five minutes after the article is live.

## Posts, views and leads

* **Posts** lists every article with its view count. Use the eye icon to unpublish (the page disappears within minutes) or republish, and the trash icon to delete.
* Each post shows its **topic** and **tags** — click them to edit. Posts without a topic can be tagged in one go with **Auto-tag** (1 credit for the whole batch).
* **Leads** collects the email addresses captured by lead-magnet forms in your articles, with the article they came from.

## Design

Under **Settings** you control how the whole site looks:

* **Template** — *Editorial* (clean list with cover thumbnails), *Magazine* (centered masthead, featured article, serif headlines) or *Minimal* (quiet text archive). The template shapes the header, the homepage and the article pages.
* **Layout** — a single reading column, or a **sidebar** with an About card, topics, latest and most-read posts.
* **Accent color** — links, highlights and the brand line at the top of every page. Your logo from brand settings appears in the header automatically.
* **Article page** — toggle the *AI-assisted* transparency line (recommended — it names your company as publisher), set the **call-to-action** box shown at the end of every article, and switch the **reader prompt** on or off: a small card that slides in once a reader is 40% through an article (once per visit, dismissible). It offers the article's lead magnet when there is one, otherwise your call-to-action.

## Topics

Every article belongs to one **topic** (for example *Microsoft Copilot*) and carries a few tags. Prozly assigns these when it writes the article and reuses your existing topics so they grow into clusters. Each topic gets its own page (`/topic/microsoft-copilot`), topics appear as chips on your homepage, and every article links to the others in its cluster under **More on …**. This is how search engines learn what your company is an authority on — see [getting found on Google](/guides/blog-seo).

## Good to know

* Publishing is limited to **3 articles per day** per blog.
* Articles are checked against content-safety rules before they go live.
* Links inside articles to your own website are followed by search engines; links to other domains are not.
* Your blog is served without any tracking scripts or cookies.
