# Notifications and Slack

> Choose what Prozly tells you about, in the app, by email or in a Slack channel.

## Your notifications

Go to **Settings → Notifications**. The events are grouped into **Content**, **Reviews and comments**, **Team** and **Account**. Each has two switches: **In-app** (the bell) and **Email**. A switch saves as soon as you click it.

## Slack channel updates

Owners and admins can send short updates to a Slack channel:

1. In Slack, create an **Incoming Webhook** for the channel you want ([Slack's guide](https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks)) and copy its URL.
2. In Prozly, go to **Settings → Notifications → Slack**, paste the URL and click **Connect**. Prozly sends a test message to the channel.
3. Choose what to post: **a post goes live**, **a scheduled post fails**, **a draft needs review**.

Messages are written in your workspace's content language and link back to Prozly. **Send test message** checks the connection, **Disconnect** stops all messages. To use a different channel, paste a new URL and click **Replace**.

Personal messages in Slack (direct messages) are not available yet.

## Daily digest and weekly ideas

The same page has the daily digest email and, on Professional and Agency, the weekly idea agent.
