# Publishing & scheduling

> Connect your social accounts and get approved content out on schedule.

## Connecting accounts

Go to **Settings → Connections** to link your publishing destinations:

* **LinkedIn** — personal profile and/or company page, via OAuth.
* **Instagram** — business account, via OAuth.

Prozly stores only encrypted OAuth tokens — **never your passwords** — and you can revoke access at any time, either in Prozly or in the platform's own security settings.

## Publishing a pack

From an approved content pack you can:

* **Publish now** — the post goes out immediately to the selected account.
* **Schedule** — pick a date and time in the **Scheduler**.
* **Copy pack** — export the text and assets to paste anywhere, for platforms without a direct connection.

## The scheduler

The scheduler gives you a calendar view of everything queued. You can:

* drag posts between slots,
* set up **schedule presets** (e.g. "Tue/Thu 9:00") so approving a pack drops it into the next free slot,
* see published, queued, and failed posts at a glance.

## When publishing fails

Social platforms occasionally reject posts (expired tokens, rate limits, platform outages). Failed posts stay in the scheduler with an error state — reconnect the account or retry, nothing is lost.

<Warning>
  Platform rules apply to your connected accounts. Avoid burst-publishing large volumes in a short window — it can trigger platform rate limits regardless of which tool you use.
</Warning>

## Analytics

After publishing, the **Analytics** page tracks post performance over time so you can see which topics and formats resonate — and feed that back into your content strategy.
