# Team, roles and client review

> Invite colleagues, pick the right role, and let a client approve posts with a link or with their own login.

Team members are available from **Professional** upwards, and they are free: only connected accounts are billed. Go to **Settings → Team** to invite people and change roles.

## Roles

| Role | What they can do |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the workspace. There is always one owner. |
| Admin | Everything except billing-level ownership: content, settings, team, sources. |
| Editor | Creates and edits content, cannot manage the team or settings. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to the workspace. |
| Client (reviewer) | Approves or rejects posts that are waiting for review. Nothing else. |

Only owners and admins can invite people or change a role.

## Inviting someone

1. Go to **Settings → Team**.
2. Enter the email address, pick the role, and click **Invite**.
3. The person gets an email invitation. Until they accept, the row shows **Invite pending**, and you can resend it.

## The Client (reviewer) role

Pick **Client (reviewer)** for a client who wants their own login instead of a link. A client sees a stripped-down Prozly:

* one entry in the sidebar, **Content Inbox**, and nothing else,
* only posts that are waiting for review, approved, rejected, scheduled or published, never work in progress,
* **Approve** and **Reject** as the only actions: no editing, no creating posts, no AI credits.

Clients never see billing, credits, your plan, other team members, the audit log, analytics, watchlists or sources. If a client opens a settings page, Prozly sends them back to the Content Inbox.

## Client review links

If your client would rather not create an account, share a link instead. Go to **Settings → Team**, find **Client review links**, name the link (for example "Acme marketing") and click **Create link**.

The client opens the link, sees only the posts you sent for review, and approves or requests changes without signing in. Revoke a link at any time from the same place. This is still the quickest way to get a client's sign-off. The Client role is for clients who prefer a login.

<Note>
Both options need a plan with approval workflows (**Professional** and above).
