All Prozly prices are net, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing address, and every invoice shows the net amount, the VAT rate and the VAT amount separately.

What you pay

Before you pay, Prozly shows the amount with VAT: in the plan window when you change plans, and in Start paid plan now when you end a trial early. Where your address isn’t known yet, the app says that VAT is calculated at checkout.

Adding your VAT ID

  • At checkout: enter your billing address (required) and, optionally, your VAT ID. With a VAT ID, Checkout also asks for your company’s legal name, which then appears on your invoices.
  • Later: go to Settings → Billing & Plan → Manage subscription and add or change your billing address and tax ID. The change applies from your next invoice.
The VAT ID is optional. Without one, you are charged VAT.

Your billing address is missing

Accounts created before VAT was added may have no billing address on file. If Prozly asks you to add one before an upgrade, an extra account or the custom blog domain, open Manage subscription, add your address, and try again. Removing add-ons and downgrading still work without it.

Finding invoices

  • Subscriptions and add-ons: an invoice for every charge, in Settings → Billing & Plan → Manage subscription.
  • Credit packs: every top-up comes with its own numbered invoice, linked from the payment receipt we email you. If your workspace has a subscription, it is also in Manage subscription.
Each invoice shows our VAT ID, your address and, if you gave one, your VAT ID.
