A client report is a one-page summary of what was published for one client workspace: posts this week, posts over the last four weeks, scheduled posts, drafts created and the split by platform. It opens from a link, needs no account, and prints to PDF. By default it carries the client’s company name and brand colour and names no one else; if your agency has set up white-label branding, it carries your logo or name and colour instead. Available on the Agency plan.
  1. Open Agency in the sidebar from your own agency workspace.
  2. On the card of the client workspace, click Client report.
  3. Click Copy link to send it, or Open to see it yourself.
Each link is valid for 7 days. Click New link to issue a fresh one; older links keep working until they expire.

What the client sees

  • With white-label branding set, your logo (or name) above the client’s company name, your primary colour as the accent, and a footer reading “Prepared by your agency for the client”. Without it, the client’s company name (from brand setup, else the workspace name) as the heading, their first brand colour as the accent, and a footer reading “Prepared for the client”.
  • Overview: posts this week, total posted, drafts created, scheduled.
  • Posts in the last 4 weeks as a bar chart, and the platform breakdown of everything published so far.
  • A Download PDF button, which uses the browser’s print dialog.
The report is in the workspace’s content language (English or German). Numbers are live: the same link shows updated figures every time it is opened.
Branding is set once by your agency and applies automatically to every client’s report. See white-label.

Requirements

  • Agency plan, and you must be an owner or admin of the client workspace.
  • The link is the only credential. Anyone who has it can open the report until it expires, so share it directly with the client.
