Ideas rarely arrive at your desk. Connect Telegram and send them to Prozly the moment they happen; the bot collects everything into a single draft.

Connecting

Go to Settings → Messaging and click Connect Telegram. Open the link in Telegram, press Start, and the bot confirms the connection. Each team member connects their own account.

Capturing

Send the bot anything, in any order:
  • Text — a thought, a quote, a link.
  • Voice notes — transcribed on arrival.
  • Photos — attached to the draft.
The bot replies with a running receipt, e.g. Collected: 2 text · 1 photo. Nothing is turned into a draft yet — keep adding. When you’re done:
  • /done — creates one draft from everything collected.
  • /draft — creates the draft and immediately starts a new collection.
  • /cancel — discards the collection.
The draft appears in your inbox like any other pack, ready to refine, schedule or publish.

What it costs

  • Text and photos are free — no credits.
  • Voice notes use your plan’s transcription minutes (rounded up to the whole minute): 60 per month on Starter, 300 on Professional, 1,200 on Business. The bot tells you if your minutes are used up.
  • Turning the collected material into a finished post uses the usual generation credits, shown before you run it.
A one-word message such as “hi” gets a friendly reply, not a draft.

Disconnecting

Send /disconnect to the bot, or remove the channel under Settings → Messaging.
