A newsletter in Prozly is a designed email, not a block of text: a subject line, preview text, a headline, three to five sections with optional buttons, a closing and an optional P.S., rendered in a layout that works in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail. Prozly does not send email itself; you export the finished newsletter to the tool you already use.

Generating one

Open a content pack and click Newsletter draft under Transform into. Prozly writes the issue from the pack’s source material in your brand voice and opens the Newsletter tab with a live preview. A newsletter costs 2 credits. Email content produces the short version: one or two sections and a single button, for a promotional email (1 credit).

Layout and colours

The panel on the right has two tabs. Design
  • Layout: Editorial (one column, serif headings), Digest (one card per section with an accent bar) or Announcement (a coloured hero block and one call to action).
  • Accent, background and text colour: pick a preset or enter your own hex value. Prozly starts from your brand colours.
  • Heading font: serif or sans. Only fonts every email client has are used, so the preview is what recipients see.
  • Show logo: uses the logo from Settings → Brand & Voice.
Your design is remembered: the next newsletter in this workspace starts with the same layout and colours. Regenerate writes a new version from the source and keeps your design. Content Edit the subject (50 characters), preview text (90 characters), greeting, headline, intro, every section (heading, text, bullet points, button label and link), closing, signature and P.S. Add or remove sections as you need. Switch between Desktop and Mobile above the preview, then click Save.

Exporting

  • Download .eml: a complete email file. Opening it in Outlook (Windows or Mac) creates a draft with the subject and the design in place; add recipients and send. Apple Mail opens it as a message you can forward.
  • Copy HTML or Download .html: the email’s HTML for a newsletter tool.
  • Copy plain text: the text-only version.

Sending it

  • Outlook: open the downloaded .eml file, add recipients, send.
  • Gmail: open the .html file in your browser, select all, copy, and paste into a new message. The design comes along.
  • Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot and others: import the .html file as a custom template, or paste the HTML into the tool’s code block.
Send a test to yourself first. Email clients differ slightly in spacing, and the preview text appears next to the subject only in the inbox list.
