Post images

From any content pack, hit Generate images. Prozly creates AI images that fit the post’s topic and your brand style. Pick the one you like, or regenerate with adjusted direction.

Image Studio

Go to Image Studio to create infographics, quote cards, social visuals, and carousels:

1. In the left panel, paste your text or content. Below it, the panel walks you through a few steps, one at a time: What to create (Infographic, Quote Card, Social Visual, Carousel, or Custom Prompt), Design (My Brand uses the colours and fonts from Settings → Brand & Voice; each option shows its palette as dots), Look, Who’s in it (only for With you), Slides (carousels) and Advanced (image model, colour override, reference images; the image model starts on Prozly’s default and you can change it for each piece). Picking an option moves you to the next step. A closed step shows what you chose, for example “Design: My Brand” or “Look: With you · Anna · Business suit”; click it to change it. One Design choice covers everything: for AI images it steers the style, for template carousels and photo visuals it is the slide design itself, and Minimal Cards appears as an extra option for those.
2. Press Generate. The button shows what the whole piece costs, for example “Generate Carousel · 8 credits”.
3. The panel locks while it works, and stays locked until the piece is done. For a carousel, that means every slide.
4. The result saves automatically to your Gallery, no extra save step.
5. Fine-tune anything on the canvas editor: text, positions, colors, elements.
6. Refine with plain-language instructions (“make the headline bigger”, “swap sections 2 and 3”). Each refine also saves automatically.

Attach to a pack

Made something in the Image Studio that belongs to a post? Press Attach to a pack above the canvas, or the attach icon on a card in the Gallery, search your recent packs and pick one. A carousel becomes that pack’s carousel, ready to schedule; an image is added to the pack’s images and to its LinkedIn post. Attaching is free.

Gallery

The Gallery opens on the All tab: a short preview of your newest carousels, images and lead magnets, each with a Show all link. Switch to the Images, Carousels or Lead magnets tab to see everything of that kind; the tab counts tell you how many you have.

• The search box and the sort order apply to the tab you are on.
• Each tab has its own layout (large grid, small grid or list), and Prozly remembers your choice per tab. Carousels and images start in the grid, lead magnets in the list.
• Hover a card to Preview, Edit (opens it on the canvas) or delete it. Select lets you delete several images and carousels at once.
• The tab you were on is remembered, and you can link to one directly, for example /infographic-studio?view=carousels.

Versions

Prozly keeps a short history so a refine or a template change never loses your last good result:

• Single images keep the last 5 versions (each refine or canvas save adds one). They’re shown as thumbnails under the canvas, click one to restore it.
• Carousels keep the last 5 versions of the whole deck. Restoring a version swaps every slide back to that design, you can’t mix slides from two versions.

Carousels

Carousels (multi-slide documents that consistently outperform plain posts on LinkedIn) are generated from your draft’s structure: each key point becomes a slide, styled to your brand. Choose how slides are rendered: Pick a Look in the left panel. Each look shows what it costs for the deck you are about to make (the slide count and portraits you chose), and the selected look explains what is AI-made, what to check and how the price works:

• Templates: instant, typographic slide designs in the Design you picked at the top (My Brand, Modern Gradient, Dark Bold, Clean Light, Modern Shapes or Minimal Cards), your company name in the footer, and a font pairing per design.
• With you: the same templates over an AI-painted portrait of you. See Put yourself in the picture.
• AI scene (AI Studio): a unique AI-generated visual per slide, including photos and illustrations. Priced per slide (2 credits each): the panel shows the deck total before you press Generate, for example “8 slides · 16 credits”, and checks that your balance covers the whole deck before it starts. Each slide is charged as it finishes; a slide that fails is not charged, and retrying it costs the same as any slide.

An AI Studio carousel is saved as soon as its first slide is ready, and each slide is added as it finishes, so the deck shows up in the Gallery and on the pack’s Carousel tab right away. If you leave the page, the slides keep rendering and appear when you come back. A slide that has not finished after about 10 minutes is marked as failed: click it to retry.

Carousels on a pack

A pack’s Carousel tab has the same panel as the Image Studio, filled with the pack’s LinkedIn post (or its article, or its source material when there is no post). Edit the text if you like, choose Design, Look, who is in it and the number of slides, then press Generate. The new deck appears on the tab and in the Gallery. A pack that already has a carousel shows it first; press New carousel to make another. You can change a carousel’s template at any time. It’s free, keeps your brand colors, logo, and company name, and saves straight to the carousel. Your previous design isn’t lost, it’s kept as a version you can restore.

Put yourself in the picture

Carousels and social visuals can show a real person: you, a colleague, a founder. The AI paints a new picture with that person in it, from their photos, in your brand colors.

1. Go to Settings → People and press Add person. Give a name and 1 to 4 photos (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 8 MB each). A clear close-up facing the camera without sunglasses plus one half-body or full-body shot give the best likeness.
2. Tick the consent box: I am this person, or I have this person’s permission to use their photos in content, including AI-generated images of their likeness made from these photos. Prozly records who ticked it and when.
3. Save. Each photo gets a type (Close-up, Half body or Full length); correct it under the photo if the automatic label is wrong. The type tells the AI what each photo shows.

Then, in the Image Studio, choose the With you look and set:

• Who’s in it: the person.
• Which photo: the main reference for the likeness. A close-up gives the best face, a full-body photo the right build. Prozly adds a second photo of the other type automatically when the person has one.
• Outfit: keep the clothes from the photos, or pick Business suit, Smart casual, Brand tee in the brand colour, or type your own (“navy suit, white shirt, no tie”). It costs nothing extra.
• Portraits (carousels only): one portrait repeated on every slide, or three for variety.

What you get:

• Social visual: one finished flyer, the AI renders it text and all: your picture on one side, the headline, date and call to action on the other, your company name in a corner, in your brand colors. Read the text once; the AI can misspell a word.
• Carousel: the AI paints the portraits with the top and one side left clear, and Prozly sets the slides’ text on them in the template you picked. Switching the template later is free.

With you is also a part in Choose what to create: pick Image with the With you look wherever you start content (a brain dump, a link, a document, an inbox item) and the social visual is made for the post without opening the studio. See Content packs. Check the likeness. It is AI-generated from your photos, and about one picture in five misses. If it does not look like you, press Regenerate under the Look: the first regeneration of every piece is free, later ones cost the same as the portraits. It says it is AI. Every With you image carries a small line “AI-generated image of ” (in German “KI-generiertes Bild von ”), which keeps you on the right side of the EU AI Act’s labelling duty for images of real people. It cannot be switched off.

Who can use a person’s photos

Everyone in the workspace who creates content (owners, admins and editors) can use a person’s photos. If you added a person and want to keep their photos to yourself, go to Settings → People and tick Only I and admins can use these photos under that person. Then only you and the workspace’s owners and admins can create pieces with them; other editors don’t see the person in Who’s in it. Every With you piece records who made it, and if your workspace keeps an activity log, each one is listed there.

Brand consistency

All visual generation pulls from your workspace’s brand settings: colors, fonts, and style preferences. Set these once under Settings → Brand & Voice, and every image looks like it came from the same team.
