A lead magnet is a branded PDF — a checklist, one-pager or mini-guide — that readers get in exchange for their email address. Prozly writes it from content you already have and produces the finished, designed file. Available on Professional and Business.

Creating one from a content pack

Open a pack and click Lead magnet in the editor. Choose a format:
  • Checklist / one-pager — 1–2 pages, 2 credits.
  • Mini-guide — 5–8 pages with a cover, one section per page and a closing takeaways-and-CTA page, 5 credits.
Prozly derives the content from the draft and your brand goals, applies your logo and accent color, and stores the PDF with your other assets. A download link is valid for seven days at a time; you can regenerate it whenever you need.

Creating one with a blog article

When you write an article — in the Blog section or from a pack — tick Also create a lead magnet (+2 credits). Prozly writes the article, then produces a companion guide from it and inserts an email form before the article’s conclusion. Readers enter their address, receive a download link, and appear in Blog → Leads together with the article they came from. The form includes basic protection against bots. Readers who are 40% through the article also see the offer as a small slide-in card (the reader prompt in Blog → Settings), so the download is visible before they reach the end.
You can place any saved lead magnet inside any article: open the asset, click Copy blog embed, and paste the marker on its own line in the article text.

Where leads go

Blog → Leads lists the most recent addresses with a total count. Prozly stores them for you; it never contacts your leads itself. Export or follow up from your own tools.
