Plan my next 2 weeks turns your content strategy into a ready-to-review calendar: up to 14 dated slots, each with a topic, a goal and the formats to make, before any draft is written.
Available on Professional, Agency and Enterprise. Starter sees a locked teaser with an upgrade link. Viewers do not see it.

Where to find it

Click Plan my next 2 weeks in the Scheduler toolbar, or the Plan your next 2 weeks card on the Dashboard. You need a content strategy first, under Settings → Strategy. Without one, the sheet explains this and links you there; nothing is charged.

Step 1: make the plan

Making a plan costs 2 credits, shown on the button. Prozly reads your content strategy (pillars, posts per week, best days), your recent posts (to avoid repeats), unused weekly ideas, relevant news, saved inspiration and your brand knowledge, then proposes up to 14 slots over the 14 days starting tomorrow, on your best days at your first schedule preset’s time (or 09:00 if you have none). Each slot has a date and time, a pillar, a goal tag (Visibility, Trust or Leads), a working title and angle, the formats to make (a LinkedIn post, plus a carousel, an image or a blog article when it fits), and a one-line reason with what it is based on, for example a news item and its link. No post is written yet. If the plan fails to generate, you are not charged.

Step 2: review

Go through the slots and adjust anything:
  • Tick or untick a slot to include or skip it.
  • Change its date and time, title and angle, or goal.
  • Add or remove formats; a format your plan did not suggest shows a lock.
  • Remove a slot entirely.
Changes save automatically. You can reopen the plan from the same button at any time until its two weeks are over. New plan generates a fresh one for another 2 credits; drafts you already created stay on the calendar.

Step 3: create drafts

The Create drafts button shows the total credits for the ticked slots against your balance. Each part (post, carousel, image, article) is charged at its normal price, the same as creating it any other way. Slots are written one after another, so keep the window open. If you run out of credits partway through, it stops and the rest stay in the plan; a slot that failed can be ticked and created again.

On the calendar

Each draft from the plan appears on its planned day as Draft, awaiting approval (a dotted chip). Nothing is published until you approve it: open the day, click the draft, then Approve and schedule opens the usual scheduling dialog on the planned day and time, where you choose where it goes. You can also drag a waiting draft to another day, or click Open draft to edit the content pack first.
Making a plan costs 2 credits. Creating drafts from it costs the normal price of each part; see AI credits.
