Opening Capture
Go toapp.prozly.ai/capture on your phone. The screen has three ways to save something:
- Voice note: tap the button once to record, tap again to stop. It’s transcribed and saved.
- Paste a link: paste a URL, using the Paste button to read it from your clipboard.
- Quick note: type a thought, a quote, or a line from a meeting.
A picture saved on its own has no text yet. Open it in Inspiration and add a line about what the post should say before creating from it.
Installing
- Android (Chrome): a card titled Install Prozly on your phone appears with an Install button, or use the Chrome menu → Install app / Add to Home screen.
- iPhone/iPad (Safari): tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Sharing from other apps
On Android, once installed, Prozly appears in the system share sheet. Share a link, text, or a picture (JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 10 MB) from any app, and it’s saved to Inspiration with Capture open and ready for Turn into a post now. If you were signed out, sign in and share again; the shared item isn’t kept. On iPhone, apps can’t share to Prozly directly (Apple doesn’t support this for web apps). Instead, copy the link, open Prozly from your home screen, and paste it under Paste a link; iOS will ask permission to read your clipboard. What it costs
Saving is free, no credits. Voice notes use your plan’s transcription minutes (rounded up to the whole minute): 60 per month on Starter, 300 on Professional, 1,200 on Agency, the same allowance as Telegram capture. Creating a post uses credits as usual. Available on all plans.Offline
Without a connection, the app shows a “You’re offline” screen with Try again. Nothing is saved while offline.Viewers (read-only role) can’t capture content.
