Generic AI content is easy to spot: it sounds right and says nothing. Knowledge is Prozly’s antidote — a private library of facts about your company, offers, and expertise that the AI quietly draws from while writing.
Find it in Settings → Knowledge.
How it works
- You add documents or text snippets — service descriptions, case studies, FAQs, positioning docs, product specs.
- Prozly indexes them semantically (the technique is called retrieval-augmented generation).
- When a draft is generated, the most relevant pieces of your knowledge are pulled in as context — so the post mentions your actual services, numbers, and stories.
Nothing from your knowledge base is shared anywhere; it only feeds your own workspace’s generation.
What to upload
Great material:
- What you sell / what you do, in plain words
- Case studies and client results (with numbers if you have them)
- Frequently asked questions and your answers
- Positioning: who you serve, what makes you different
- Founder story, milestones, certifications
Skip:
- Long marketing brochures (extract the facts instead)
- Anything confidential you wouldn’t want paraphrased in a public post
Short and factual beats long and polished. The AI extracts facts — it doesn’t care about your formatting.
Keep it alive
Knowledge goes stale quietly. Make it a habit: whenever something happens — a launch, a milestone, a new offer, a pricing change — drop one paragraph into Knowledge. Future drafts pick it up automatically.
