Your notifications

Go to Settings → Notifications. The events are grouped into Content, Reviews and comments, Team and Account. Each has two switches: In-app (the bell) and Email. A switch saves as soon as you click it.

Slack channel updates

Owners and admins can send short updates to a Slack channel:
  1. In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the channel you want (Slack’s guide) and copy its URL.
  2. In Prozly, go to Settings → Notifications → Slack, paste the URL and click Connect. Prozly sends a test message to the channel.
  3. Choose what to post: a post goes live, a scheduled post fails, a draft needs review.
Messages are written in your workspace’s content language and link back to Prozly. Send test message checks the connection, Disconnect stops all messages. To use a different channel, paste a new URL and click Replace. Personal messages in Slack (direct messages) are not available yet.
