1. Create your account and workspace

Prozly is currently in private beta. If you don’t have an invite yet, request early access at prozly.ai, invites go out in waves.
Sign up at app.prozly.ai with your email or your Google account. LinkedIn is connected later for posting, under Channels. The onboarding flow creates your first workspace, the home for your sources, drafts, and brand settings. Teams can invite members later under Settings → Team, see team, roles and client review.

2. Set up your brand voice

Before generating anything, tell Prozly how you sound:
  1. Go to Settings → Brand & Voice.
  2. Describe your tone (e.g. “direct, pragmatic, no buzzwords”), your audience, and your areas of expertise.
  3. Add writing do’s and don’ts, things like “never use emojis” or “always end with a question”.
Optionally, upload brand knowledge (documents, past posts, positioning) under Settings → Knowledge. The AI uses it as context for every generation. If you post as yourself, teach Prozly your personal voice with a few writing samples: paste some posts, upload your LinkedIn export, or answer a few questions. The Chrome extension is an option too, but not required. See the brand voice guide for details.

3. Connect your first source

Go to Watchlists and add a source:
  • an RSS feed of an industry publication,
  • a website you want monitored,
  • a YouTube channel whose videos you want repurposed, or
  • a LinkedIn company page to track.
Prozly checks your sources regularly, scores new items for relevance, and drops the good ones into your feed. See connecting sources.

4. Generate your first draft

Pick a source item (or write a brain dump of your own thoughts) and hit Transform. Prozly generates a platform-specific draft (plus hooks and variations) in your brand voice. It lands in your Content Inbox as a content pack. The quickest start is the box at the top of the dashboard: type what you want to post about, click Suggest, and pick one of the three suggestions. See Content packs.

5. Review, connect, publish

  1. Open the draft in your inbox, edit anything you like.
  2. Connect your LinkedIn account under Channels → Accounts (OAuth, we never see your password).
  3. Publish immediately or pick a slot in the Scheduler.
That’s it: your first post is out. From here, explore image generation and the Chrome extension.
